BTL landlords invited to enter PRS awards

Nominations for the ATLAS (Accreditation & Training for Landlords and Agents Service) and LLAS (London Landlord Accreditation Scheme) Awards 2019 are now open and will remain open until Monday 31st December 2018.

The finalists, including those being considered in the various landlord categories, will be announced in January 2019 and the winners will be announced at an awards ceremony, to be held at the Radisson Blu Portman Hotel in central London on Friday 29th March 2019, from 6pm.

There will be 12 awards handed out on the day and the list of awards include Best Services Provider in PRS, Best Small Landlord (1 to 20 properties), Best Portfolio Landlord (over 20 properties),Best Letting Agent of the Year, Best Landlord of the Year for Student Housing, Green Landlord of the Year, Overall Best Landlord of the Year.

The other categories are Empowering Tenants Award, Make a Difference Award, Best Landlord Insurance Provider, Best Landlord Legal Services Provider, and Best Buy to Let Mortgages Provider.
