Major landlord exhibition returns to Bristol

The west of England’s Landlord Expo returns to Bristol next month.

The free-to-attend event, organised by the four West of England Local Authorities; South Gloucestershire, Bristol, North Somerset, and Bath & North East Somerset, will feature speakers covering a wide range of issues, including tax, property investment advice, finance options and more.

The free expo, which will take place at the University of the West of England in Bristol on 26 March from 11am to 6pm, will feature more than 50 exhibitors, from financial experts and tax advisors to letting agents, tradespeople and suppliers.

Cllr Paul Smith, cabinet member with responsibility for housing at Bristol City Council, commented: “We’re pleased to see the Landlord Expo entering its 20th year. In that time, the expo has attracted over 9,000 landlords and run over 360 informative seminars for attendees.

“While the number of legal requirements that landlords must comply with has grown over the years, the expo has provided a valuable way for us to inform and support landlords and lettings agents across the West of England.

“And as the demand for housing continues to grow, it is vital that we maintain strong relationships with our landlords and do all we can to help both landlords and tenants get the best out of their properties.”
