Landlords can now compare more agents’ performances on website

All of Leaders Romans 130 branches are to be listed on a comparison website, Rentround.

The site describes itself as “connecting landlords with letting agents” by comparing agent fees, services, locations, and trade group affiliations.

The Leaders, Romans, Scott Fraser, Outlook Property and Moginie James brands under the group’s umbrella have all been added to the platform.

Rentround founder Raj Dosanjh says: “Already we’re seeing a large proportion of landlords using our comparison selecting the brands as their agent. The group’s branches in Bristol, Manchester & Kenilworth in particular are proving popular with landlords.

“Adding the group to our platform continues our strategy of adding the best letting agents to our platform, widening the selection of agents we show to landlords.

“Growth of the platform in recent months has been substantial. There are a number of enhancements in development to improve our service to landlords and agents - the most exciting of which is our expansion into estate agent comparisons, set to go live in March.”
