London’s Labour Mayor Sadiq Khan wants to know the views of individuals on letting out homes in the capital via short let platforms such as Airbnb.
The explosion of short letting platforms, and the tens of thousands of London properties listed on them, have been highly controversial amongst the general public and those in the lettings industry.
Now the Mayor of London wants residents in the capital to take a short survey to inform his response to the government’s consultation on the regulation of short-term lettings. This is due to launch later this year.
