Wine Bar and car charging feature at new rental scheme

The latest phase of a new Build To Rent scheme being launched in London is offering a wine bar and electric car charging amongst the facilities to woo tenants.

Comer Homes says the third phase at Mast Quay, Woolwich, will involve 204 one, two and three-bedroom flats starting at £1,400 per month and ranging in size from 646 to 1,776 square feet.

Residents are offered a 24-hour concierge, private gym and health club, café/wine bar and communal roof gardens. Secure private car parking is available with electric charge points available, as well as a car club scheme.

Summer 2023 will see the opening of the section of Thames Path that runs at the front of the scheme, which will provide a fantastic landscaped space fronting on to the river and to be enjoyed by residents and passers-by.

The scheme is being marketed as “just a short walk from Woolwich Crossrail Station (Elizabeth Line), whilst Woolwich Arsenal station is also close by, offering direct access to DLR, Thameslink and Southeastern rail services.”
